Uganda Sand Cranes gaffer, Angelo Schrinizi named his final squad of 14 players on Tuesday for HOLLYWOODBETS COSAFA Beach Soccer Championship.
The Swiss tactician selected the final 14 from the provisional team that has been training at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
The contingent is set to travel to Durban, South Africa on Friday for the tournament which will kickoff on 25th September and run up to 1st October.
The tournament will be Schrinizi’s first competitive engagement at the helm of the Sand Cranes.
The Sand Cranes are expected to use the tourney to get the ball rolling ahead of the Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations next month in Mozambique.
