The former State Minister for Public Service and former Member of Parliament for Padyere County, Patrick Aloysius Okumu-Ringa has died.
Family members confirmed that Okumu-Ringa succumbed to long illness on Wednesday morning. “He got a stroke about four years ago and has been living at his home in Naguru where he passed on,”
Okumu-Ringa was a prominent businessman owning several bussinesses in Kampala and Nebbi.
He was also the majority shareholder in car importing company, Afro Motors.
