After penning down a two-year contract with the Jinja-based BUL FC, coach Simeon Masaba has confirmed that the club suits his coaching career.
The former URA coach said that BUL is a wonderful club that has put up a great performance and he is confident of helping the club get better results.
“BUL suits my coaching career,” Masaba said before adding; “It’s a wonderful club at the moment and it has been doing very well both in the league and Uganda cup.”
“So I come to add my efforts to see that the team achieves its goals both locally and internationally,” he added.
Shortly after the announcement of the addition, BUL head coach Alex Isabirye could not hide his excitement and confidence in Masaba’s arrival.
Isabirye believes Masaba has a great future and immense knowledge in football at a young age which he claimed will be keen for a better performance of his team.
“We are building a team that will be dominant in the future therefore, we need individuals who still have a big future and Masaba is one of them.“
“Despite being in the morning of his coaching career, he has a lot of football knowledge. He (Masaba) had a stellar playing career, has coached some good teams and has achieved a lot in football.”
“Therefore, I believe he will share his vast knowledge and experience with us as we build a strong team,” Isabirye concluded.
Masaba’s coaching journey is six years old after hanging his playing boats in 2014.
The Ex-International star coached various clubs such as Onduparaka (2017), UPDF (2018), Wakiso Giants ( 2019) and recently left URA FC this year for unconfirmed reasons.
