Kampala Queens were on riot after registering a 5-0 victory against league debutants Asubo Gafford Ladies in their FUFA Women Super League opener at IUIU Kabojja grounds.

Sumaya Komuntale and Shamirah Nalugya placed the Queens of Soccer in the lead before the break.

Later on, Resty Nanziri, Margaret Kunihira and Lillian Mutuuzo had the last bite at the cherry pie.

Six minutes into the game, the new entrant in the palace Komuntale found the back of the net through a direct free-kick.

Kampala Queens skipper Nalugya doubled the lead eleven minutes before the break.

In the 52nd minute, pacy forward Nanziri made three before Margret Kunihira extended the lead to four five minutes later.

The hosts introduced Lillian Mutuuzo to Teddy Najjuma.

The pin-size forward, Mutuuzo got right away to the job and it five four minutes past the hour mark.

Later on, Resty Nanziri was rested for Zainah Namuleme to get onto the pitch.

In their next fixtures, Kampala Queen will be hosted by She Corporates at MUBs Nakawa while Asubo Gafford will play against Uganda Martyrs on Sunday, September 25.
