It was a dream to play for the biggest club in Uganda – Juma says bye to SC Villa

Ibrahim Sadam Juma bade farewell to SC Villa after his six months employment contract ran down.

The midfielder who is also known as ‘Nature’ among his peers expressed pride for the achievements managed in his period as a Jogoo.

“It was a great honour that I fulfilled my childhood dream of playing for the biggest club in Uganda,” a document by Ibrahim Sadam Juma partly reads.

“At this point, I have made up my mind with my team and I decided not to renew my contract with SC Villa as it was planned.”

“For the six (6) months I spent with the club, there were both challenging and dedicated that at one point.”

According to the Juma, he is proud of what he contributed to the Jogoos last season.

“I was not the best for the club and fans but I pray next season they can compete strongly in the UPL.”

“I want to thank the coaches, players, management and of course the mighty Jogoo fans for the good and hard times shared,” he concluded.

Juma has previously had stints at SC Villa, Express FC and KCCA FC which makes him a special player.

He is a player that promised a lot though less of that was served one can say he has immensely been disturbed by injuries.

It only remains where he will settle next season to continue the story of football.
