Veteran songtress Juliana kanyomozi announced the date for her Juliana Live at Serena concert on the 19th of August this year.
The same date was earlier announced by Uganda’s boy band, B2C aka Kampala Boyz for their return concert at Freedom city Arena.
The clash presents a dilemma on where the music faithful will end up that day since these are their first staged performances after the Covid 19 holiday.
The date collision is reminiscent of the early 2000’s where several hit makers would go head to head on the same night at different venues.
Most recently, in 2020 Maro and Rema staged concerts on Valentine’s day fetching mixed reactions from the industry.
