Mayanja ready to compete at KCCA FC

After penning a five-year deal with the Kasasiro boys, Saidi Mayanja has revealed his readiness for competition.

Mayanja said that he is so much aware of the competition at KCCA since he has been training with the club but he came to compete just like other players.

“I know the competition here is very stiff since I have been training with the club for a while but I’m ready for it. I’m here to compete just like other players in the squad,” he said.

The youngster also expressed his joy in joining the Lugogo-based club, having been approached by the club manager he couldn’t turn down such a glorious opportunity.

“I am overjoyed to sign for KCCA FC. When the Manager told me he wants to work with me, i just could not hesistate. This is a very big club and I could not resist the opportunity to play for it. ” He concluded.

The 18-year-old midfielder versatile midfielder will be competing for a place in a squad with the likes of Moses Waiswa, Faisal Wabyona and Emmanuel Wasswa.

Mayanja a student at Kampala University has become KCCA FC’s third signing of this window following Moses Waiswa and Faisal Wabyona.
