Gaddafi will hope to end their winless run in the second round of the Startimes Uganda Premier League as they host Busoga United at Kakindu Stadium.

The two sides will be meeting in a mouthwatering Jinja Derby that is expected to stage a great battle for bragging rights.

Gaddafi head coach Wasswa Bbosa revealed during the pre-match conference that they badly need a win so that they bring the dark spell to an end.

“We need to win, since the start of the second round we have no victory and that should be rectified as soon as possible,” Bbosa told the club media.

“We have prepared well and I believe we are ready for the test. We have keenly analysed our weakness and have tried to rectify on a number of things going forward,” he added.

Gaddafi has so far played four games where he has registered four draws and one loss.

In the four outings, Bbosa’s charges have scored only twice and he noted that they need to carry their scoring boots this time round.

“We have spared time to work on our finishing. Our conversion rate is low and you can not win games is you do not score,” the vocal gaffer noted.

“We need to do all it takes to see that we win and take up better places on the log.”

“We have brought on board more players, more so those that missed the last game due to injuries and I know it will give us better options,” he concluded.

How they fared in previous games
