Bright Stars came in this encounter after a narrow 1-0 loss against UPDF at Bombo Barracks.

It was the eighth time, Brights Stars failed to pick a win against URA, noting the first leg of the ongoing season ended 2-2.

They are now 10th on the log with 24 points having played 18 games.
